She used to think her parents were discriminating her because they'd wanted a boy. But then, when she was already a young adult, she got a baby brother who was immediately named "A Male Dwarf" in the same manner. They are currently engaged in a custody battle for the child, as her parents' naming eccentricity has begun to escalate dangerously - her brother's crib is simply a big block of wood roughly carved into the shape of the letters "C R I B". A Female Dwarf takes this as proof that this naming trend was malicious and deliberate child abuse all along.

But it's not deliberate or malicious at all. They are victims of a brain-burrowing worm best known as Yan-Batou the Labeler, or Yan-Batou the Burrower to people who don't know him very well (they only see that he burrows into people's heads, not that he makes them label everything very literally). On the upcoming court hearing, Yan-Batou will erupt from her parents' skulls and burrow into hers instead.

Meanwhile, the judge who will be present at the hearing is not a judge. They are an undercover agent tracking Yan-Batou, meant to capture or kill him. Unfortunately, the player who is in control of the undercover-agent-judge has taken a liking to picking the most ridiculous dialogue options available, and will most likely use the opportunity to award custody of the child to Yan-Batou. Everyone present will agree to this, even A Female Dwarf, because the player has a ridiculously high Persuade skill and set their Charisma to about 200 using cheats.

Yan-Batou the Labeler was not available for comment on any of this, but I like to think he would say "GREAT BACKSTORY".
