There is a slight issue with this texture. On high end video cards, there is a default setting under advanced settings (in game) to Use natural terrain mapping. The result is that the texture is not seen. Rather, a green/red/blue/yellow box that says 2d texture missing is seen. Unchecking the the box (natural terrain mapping) is a simple fix.
