I'm with Strange One. Why is everyone so hyper-critical about things? I know, I sound idealistic, but take your ill-intended comments and shove them far, far into the backside of your inconsiderate hide.

I know this comment will fall on deaf ears, but my sense of integrity won't let me leave this one alone.
I've been reading the comments on this site for some time now, and I just have one question for everyone: Is it possible for people to critique without being insulting about it?
Did you people ever consider that it might be some ten year old kid who's just learning, or someone who made the sword just for the hell of it and didn't mean for it to be taken seriously? And even if it was, there is such a thing as "constructive criticism" folks. How would you feel if you spent time and effort on something only to have everyone take a dump all over it instead of pointing out the faults with the intention of helping you do better next time? Nobody (all you computer gurus out there, this means you, too) is born knowing the right way to do things. We all have to learn from someone.
I know this is a dated concept, but some of us homo sapiens still have feelings. Try to have just a little consideration for others. Stop and think before you open fire on someone's creation. We've all done things that were less than great and you're not perfect, either.
