This portrait is great. When I got BG2 I looked everywhere for portraits that looked as good as these but they just don't exist!

How do people make portraits like this? What program and
how much time can you expect to put into this?
It looks amazing, very artistic and defined but has the
feel of fantasy while still looking clean.
Real people don't look this good =)
