This is basically an introduction module, very short, incorporating highly scripted gameplay and cutscenes, and some high paced weaponless action. All in all it is a brief look at what the style, gameplay and world of 'A Dream of Nine Nights' will be like. There is no fighting in this module, only a few, easy, high paced puzzles and cutscenes. The rest of the series will have plenty of time to get out the swords and spell books but the emphasis is on story, world, roleplaying and adventure. Not everyone's cup of tea i'm sure but hopefully some people will like it. This is my first module on the Vault.

Borrowing Adam's score, as it didn't stick.

It did take a while to script and get all the timing right,
im prety sure that most of it is under done too. This is
definitely not final!
The final series will have 'standard' play as well, with
this type of thing dotted throughout. But as you guessed,
it takes awhile. Don't expect anything soon :)
Thanks for the comments! If you have any critical
contributions, that's more than welcome too, here, or at
the email above. Thanks again to Otter below aswell, I'll
be taking your email into consideration. Maybe I should
change the description... for starters.

Wow! That was really cool! At first I thought 'What the
heck is this? A joke?' I had moved around and tamed the
white hart as soon as I got in game and missed the entire
cut scenes. Once I reloaded I let it run like it should.
You were right, it was really short, but very neat. I hope
you have more done than this though. It seems like doing a
ton of cut scenes like that would take a long time to do.
Will there be 'standard' play in the game as well? Or
all 'scripted' type of routines?

Great to see the rise of storytelling. It takes time but is
worthwhile. Waiting for more fairy tales legends and fables
to come as well.
