The hamlet of Chorin has made a plea for help to all the surrounding lands. Lying deep in the Wood of Sharp Teeth their plea has gone unheard until you meet some of the townsfolk along the road. For reasons of justice or your own gain, you answer their call. As you walk into the small village you begin to wonder what evil looms over the town. This is my first mod and the only note I want to make is if you play multi-player have one person start and finish the quests. They all work but if it does not work for one person it will for the other. Have fun.

Some of the scripting, perhaps outdated, makes quests not completable, but if this is an oldie, it's still a goodie. _________________________ Steve's Characters - please don't forget to vote on them if you play them.

For the year of its production it is a good module, but otherwise...
- bland large areas with lots of too powerful encounters(of the same type of creature)
- "explian" - typo in cedric conversation
- no way to heal drained level _________________________ Thanks Rolo:)

I was wondering if I downloaded a different mod than every one else. I played a 6th level ranger and got my butt handed to me many times. Finaly I gave up when I couldnt enter the bandit cave cause I couldnt unlock the door. None of the bandits outside dropped a key and no npc's in town had any info. Overall - yet another mod with little understanding of encounter cr. _________________________ Jimbo
Hombre de Gaunt, I have just tried this module again. But first let me say that I am not sure what in my previous post was "groundless and erroneous". I said the module was average, what's wrong with that? I have played a fair number of vintage modules, some better and some worse. And btw, the reviewer's score is 6.11
I did not play very long this time. Took the ranger along for a trip. The poor guy did not survive the first encounter (not a good sign). The creatures tend to attack by pack of 6. Some cats here (OK), and some Dire Wolves there. Hm, wait a minutes 5-6 Dire Wolves! Go back and check the encounter CR. Module deleted.
This is a good solid mod. I think it could be more creative but I am an old school D&D player and like a wide variety of monsters and challenges. The mod is a bit too logical for D&D. I usually do not flame others but I found the post by Mergalen groundless and erroneous. Did you even play the mod? The role-play in these games is the fact you can choose. In each quest you can pick the bad choice or the good choice. Most mods do not even give you a choice. One of the best parts of the mod is the fact your can use trickery to get pass part of the mod. What was do we call this boys and girlsÖ.Role-play! It too bad Mergalen canít keep up with the class. Yes, there are typos in these mods but you got to remember that these are homemade. The author does not have ten editors in a room like professionals. I donít know why Mergalen is lying and trying to bring the mod down but you need to give props to anyone that try to create a mod to play. Anyone playing this can see itís a good attempt and if you see the date (2002) this one of the first to be made. I hope other NWN players will give it a try. Peace! I am out.
An average module at most. Can be avoided.
I did not find much value here. Heavy roleplay? I did not see anything other than refusing a quest or two.
Endless and rather boring critters to fight and some spelling errors.

An excellent adventure with many roleplaying options. It could use a better introduction but the storyline is good and the encounters well worth the playing. The henchmen's inventory can't be accessed which makes single player not as good as an option. Dark and treasure-laden.

The dialogue was pretty good, but a couple of the maps were a little too large and if there was an ending, I missed it.
