It doesn't say in his listing but it requires Hak Pak
version 0.2. Version 0.2 is old and bloated (31Megs). I
suggest you download the latest version (Version 0.6,
7Megs) and update the module to use that one.

I can't speak for Jeff&Michael But I assume he didn't list
the HakPak for download because it's not his and he may
also not know the URL. But It's so very easily available
on this site that I don't think it's a big problem.
