Description
Deep within the Moonwood forest, near famed Silverymoon, a great village stands within the trees, created by Moon Elves of the region millennia ago. Duille Caithim they call it. Loosely translated it means falling leaf, and it's one splendid sight. For many years now, the elves of the region have hosted a Midsummer festival in honor of their god, Corellon Larethian. Unlike many elven celebrations, they invite many people from Silverymoon and the other areas of The North. You have heard of this famed celebration during your travels through Silverymoon and this year, decided to attend. Perhaps you'll have a little fun, and the gods know you need a brake from adventuring. The festival begins without a hitch, and you arrive deep within the Moonwood one early morning to join the festivities. Unknown to all but a few, your presence here is more fate, then coincidence.

Update:
Bug Fixes (major bug with npc's attacking at the end fixed.)

Sorry it took so long (been away from the game) but the crucial bug with villagers attacking has been fixed. Please feel free to try the mod and reply and/or vote.

Fion,
I really enjoed your mod, until the very end. The problem was, after I got the Mythral Faith, and returned to the tree village, The commoners and druids were hostile, but not the ranger gaurds or the village lord. Also, after I ran past all common elves to the village load. He would not acknowledge that I had the Mythral Faith orb like thing. The only thing I can think of, was when I first enter the Monastaries crypt, some elven gaurd statues (with red text) were attacking some elven rangers, so i went to the aid of the rangers. After this, all elven gaurd statues showed the red/hostile text but did not attack me or the enemy orcs. It is possible that by helping the rangers fight the statues, that may have triggered a faction issue. Or maybe having an orc amulet that I plundered of an orc cuased it, but it is not likely because I had it in inventory, not wearing it.
Other than that, the balance for legit level and equipment was right on, and the rest of the mod was outstanding.

Thanks
Tormod

Wow firebrand, I'd not only mind but I'd be honored to have my mod become part of an over-arching mod. I've been out of commission for a while but am working again on my next mod. I'm not sure if theres a way to get ahold of you via e-mail or what not so I can check out the mod your working on but if you see this please give me your e-mail addy or info on the mod itself :)

Played the mod and found it to be not only enjoyable, but challenging as well for a character that was within the level guidelines. Liked it so well, in fact that we will be adding it to our own Silver Marches based mod as an adventure. You did a fine job, and you gave us a great visual base for what the Moonwood might look like. Thanx a bunch, Fion. Hope you don't mind us incorporating it. You will definately be credited for it.

Very well done, and thought out. Good for a few hours of fun and challenging gaming. Liked the fact that it required thought as well as brawn.

It wasn´t the heroes welcome I expected ;-) but besides that I liked to play the module.

I actually think thats a bug with the game. It's happened only once during play testing between me and my friends who play NWN. It's also happened to me in other modules and then when I went through the mod again.. it didn't.

That or some vague scripting bug or oversight.

When you hand the Mythral Faith back, all the NPC's in the game should start talking to you by name, and thanking you and the like, not go hostile ;)

Either way I'll try to pinpoint the problem. thanks.

I played the module with an female elven figher/sorc/rdd. Sometimes some of the dialouges where a little silly (mostly the elf-jokes and curses) for that character.

At the end of the module, on my way back to the lord to give mytrahl faith back all commoners turned hostile. I have no idea why, since I´ve always been friendly to everyone (except that traitor). Luck was that every non-commoner was still neutral and the invisibility spell worked.

Thanks for the comment. The module wasn't designed or tested for multiple players. It's mostly a solo mod.. thats why it has the shortcommings you mentioned below.

I'd like to hear what you thought of the module besides that and am saddened that you gave the module such a low mark because you played it with more then one person.. when the module was not designed that way.

SPOILER ALERT
*************

Found a couple shortcomings in the module; for example the contraption that teleports you into the catacombs only works if you are carrying the manual. Being that there is only one manual we could not get the entire party into the next area of the adventure.

What we did was we 'talked' to the contraption to open the dialogue which allows you to use the contraption, and then prior to saying 'yes teleport me' we dropped the manual for the next adventurer.

Likewise we found that when someone in the party received a quest *only* that character could inspire conversations regarding the quest.

So after talking to the Lord of the Elves in the tree town, the player who inspired the quest in the journal had to run all the way back to talk to the Ranger commander.

Just a few small things really. Other thean these it was enjoyable story, though a little light on the orcs! Bring em' on! :)
