I'd recommend level 8 or even 9 if you're doing this solo ...

As the module starts you are at a loose end in the village of Gesmachtsache, the last civilised village between here and Schwarzburg. Gesmachtsache is a small but reasonably wealthy place, so perhaps you could find a little work here ..? This is a beta version; what's already included is complete (2-3 main quests and a side quest) but I'm going to add more side quests and a few more areas at some point. At the moment I'm looking for feedback on how what I've already done hangs together.
This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 2 that made this score of 6.00.

Playing with a level 8 ranger, I found this a tad too hard :( The regeneration on vampires makes it so they are very difficult to kill, (I was using a composite bow +2)..However, it shows alot of potential. Tweak it a bit, to make it a little easier for those of us who miss every other shot >

Gutes Deutsch, wirklich... ;-)
The module worked fine so far, there is potential.
But it tends a little bit to mounty... 450.000 gold for 1 hour of play (armor of enraged vampire).
Bug: The 1.000 xp from the druid you can grab multiple times.
For the matter of difficulty. I played solo with a level 9 character (5 ranger/2 assassin/2 shadowdancer) and found it a little bit too easy. But it depends on your equipment I think. A good weapon helps a lot and I had two decent weapons.
Schönen Abend noch!

Um ... personally, I wouldn't even have considered the
blocked word a swearword, I'm astonished that it was

+blocked+ ... it's been a while since I did German, but yes,
lots of the names are bad German puns. I used to play a
lot of Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay, they were fairly fond of
bad German puns and I guess the hait just stuck. When Real
Life (TM) gives me sufficient free time to update the
module, I'll make the change.
Glad you played the module, anyway :-)
Anybody else? Feedback? I'm working on a few new modules
and it really would be nice to know what people thought of
this one ...

According to my dictionary, it's also okay with one "s" (Geschmacksache). :)

By the way, "matter of taste" means in german Geschmackssache, not Gesmachtsache. :)
Anyway, for germans it doesn't fit as a town's name. But if you see it ironically, it's quite funny. :)

Good point, Elandys. I've fixed the name of the module,
changed the flavour text and zipped the whole thing so that
it's 0.5 meg, not 2.5 meg. Oops.

My bad: mod, not zip. You really ought to zip it.

Why does the module name say 'A Matter of Taste', but the
filename says 'Just_In_Timebeta2.zip'? Upload problem, or
that's the file you meant to upload?
