Here is a Xzart that needs skins and animations. It is in 3DS and mdl format. Contact me if you would like the model in another format for modification. All permission is given to finish or 'adjust' this model. This malicious creatures are related to goblins but prefer to use their inate magick abilities to confuse and attack weak adventurers.
This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 5 that made this score of 4.00 then rounded to 4.

[sigh] It's too bad people feel the need to flame you just
because you don't skin. Better to make many good meshes
and politely ask for someone to skin/animate than to spend
a lot of time making one good mesh combined with bad
skin/anims. You recognise your faults and rather than
succumb to them and ruin your entire creation, you simply
step aside and contribute to the community.
