You can buy most of the D&D PnP product line, and a lot of other roleplay games by taking a trip to Replay in High Street, Bangor. Co. Down. (Telephone: 028 9145 2210)
If you can't physically get to the store then I'd recommend getting stuff mail order from Leisure Games in Finchly, London. (I don't have the number handy, but you can always look them up).

Hey, shouldn't that be the Monsters Manual, not the Monstrous Manual? And also, do you know where I can get one in Northern Ireland?
