I decided to have a go at making my own cloaks n robes/ dresses. This is wat ive dont so far. It addes a cloak model to male and female humans, and a dress for female humans. If i get good feedbak i will create it for all races, but for now its just a beta.
This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 5 that made this score of 7.80.

DH- I really like your cloaks and robes/dresses so far from
the beta...Especially the dress bottom for the female
models. Consider me one more vote to see these models
scaled for all races.
And am I the only one who wishes someone at Bioware could
dig up the big old list of what scale factors they use to
convert "trunk of the body" models and the like to various

I was unable to get them to work. I imported the hak, but
I was unable to implement the cloths. Perhaps a readme
with instructions would be nice.

The skirt looks pretty good. The front left (I think)
middle tier juts out a touch too much compared to the
right. Nice to see other styles being done.
I notice you included invisible feet, shins and legs but
not an invisible pelvis. The pelvis clips some when the
dress is blowing - so maybe consider adding an invisible
I was trying out your models and found something wrong with
the invisible parts that happened to me too.
In fact these look like they might even be my old version
invisible parts - as they were made with Milkshape (but
your dress model says 3dsmax) and they have the three
flawed "magic nodes" that I originally didn't notice
Milkshape was slipping in by default. You can delete these
by hand if you are using Milkshape but it is a pain.
Anyway you may want to correct these parts these, or when a
Magic spell is cast by someone in the outfit the spell
visual effects will be badly misplaced.
You can feel free to just use my vastly improved
newer "Truly Invisible" Corrected parts that are in my
current hak if you arn't sure how to correct yours. They
also are smaller in file size.

Only you need to make a upper part of the cloacks... like
And make a real cloack... move with wing... etc.. etc.
But... this is a great work!
