v2 => fixes nameplate on floor issue; adds model type to wield ingame weapon instead of baked in model.

This is a conversion of NWN2's Balor to NWNEE. Sword and unarmed variants.
Models has full NWN2 animations; upscaled texture and redone PBR texture maps.
This is included as a hak with need to merge appearance.2da.
Some have different attack animations, thus the need to break it out into separate simple skinmesh models.
You could probably make this pack smaller by consolidating the textures through the mtr files; I left them duplicated for future internal work and organization.
I have also included source files if you wish to look.
Special for v.35 (preview):
- since NWN2 has multiple death animations, so can you! I've included them and they will enable with the following scriptlet if you put it in the death script of the creature. You probably want to optimze the if then statements, I put it here simply for you to test and play. One of two new death animations will play randomly, or it will default to the "knockdown to prone" animation.
