Well here it is...the spell: "Illusionary Wall"
Took a bit of time but it's now done for the community to enjoy. I think this is one of the few real illusion spells on the vault (well at least that I could find) that actually functions as an illusion. Illusions are hard to do with the NWN limitations thanks to the awesome scripting skills of Baireswolf and with help from Tarot_Redhand's input and his walls and other acknowledgements to meaglyn, andgalf, Lokey for their input and help too so that this spell exists. Much appreciated guys and thanks for your patience too.
The walls come from the CCC content made by Tarot_Redhand here:
https://neverwintervault.org/project/nwn1/hakpak/original-hakpak/custom-...
This is the spell:
Caster Level(s): Wizard / Sorcerer 4
Innate Level: 4
School: Illusion
Descriptor(s):
Component(s): Verbal, Somatic
Range: Medium
Area of Effect / Target: Large
Duration: 1 Turn
Additional Counter Spells:
Save: Will Negates
Spell Resistance: Yes
You can cast either an illusionary Wall of Hewn (Dark) Stone or an illusionary Wall of Stone (covered with) Moss or an illusionary Wall of Gray Stone. The wall chosen appears on the ground directly in front of the caster, blocking all passage to those who fail their saving throw vs Will.
Illusions do not work on mindless creatures.
Note: If the PC gets close enough to his own illusion we'll assume he's going to cross it so it dis-spells the illusion. So cast it far enough from the PC. The save is made at 1.0 from the wall.
The Will save is thus: (DC is 10 + spell level + class spell ability bonus + spell focus feats.) The wall lasts only 1 turn before fizzling away.
Please feel free to adjust/modify anything (tlk, tga icons, etc) or re-post a better/corrected/improved version. Just give credit to the guys above for their hard work please.
"Velkar the proud master of illusion magic ponders which wall of illusion will best suit the environment he finds himself in. He wants to make sure the illusion of the wall is believable so it will stop the rushing orcs in their tracks before they harm his party. Fortunately enough because of his mastery of illusion and the orcs low IQ and the wall he summons seems to fit the right environment - his spell stops the orcs dead in their tracks".
EDIT: Sorry Baireswolf pointed out that in the spell description I forgot to add that "Will" Negates the spell if successful save. And that the spell lasts 1 minute or 10 rounds (1 Turn). I fixed that here in the description, but you will need to change your tlk file description. Sorry.

The one advantage over other magically created walls (Wall of Iron, Wall of Stone, Wall of Ice, etc) is that the illusionary wall (if solid where the creatures fails the saving throw vs Will) will be solid and cannot be destroyed unlike the other walls where you can damage them (PC or area effect spells). I think one could argue that since it is believed to be real (but isn't) therefore one could not really damage this wall.
So besides it being a good spell for the Illusionist specialist...it can have this advantage over other walls.
Will give this a go. I'm definitely intrigued. In the "old" days, I used to love to roll up a good illusionist/theif... as a matter of fact - In the tabletop Rvenloft Campaign, my illisionist theif killed Strahd! - Yeah! I should add that it was a backstab. lol
LOL...cool...don't know how illusions would work against undead though...lol
Well met.
What a neat idea, and it looks amazing.
More.
