CLERIC 1ST LEVEL “COMMAND” SPELL
I am submitting another spell to the vault. This time a Cleric spell.
I want to give thanks to andgalf and Kamiryn for helping me with scripting and some suggestions from meaglyn. Thanks guys.
Cleric 1st lv Spell – “Command”
Here is a new spell I created. It allows for 4 command options chosen from a radial from the clerics 1st level spells.
Caster Level(s): Cleric 1, Paladin 3
Innate Level: 3
School: Enchantment
Descriptor(s):
Component(s): Verbal, Somatic
Range: Medium
Area of Effect / Target: Large
Duration: 2 Rounds
Additional Counter Spells:
Save: None
Spell Resistance: No
Description: You speak a single word of command to your target, compelling them to obey. Upon casting, you must choose one of four commands:
- Beg: The target drops to their knees and is forced to beg for 2 rounds.
- Fall: The target is knocked down for 2 rounds.
- Run: The target is struck with fear and flees for 2 rounds.
- Stop: The target is paralyzed for 2 rounds, unable to move or take actions.
Note: This spell only affects living creatures who understand your commands. Undead and creatures immune to mind- affecting spells are unaffected. There is no saving throw.
Demo module included. I have a hak that has everything in it. I also have separated the spells, tgas (icons), 2das, tlk, Adjust your 2da's to your own module 2das. Make sure you change your tlk lines and your 2da lines to incorporate into your own module. Please feel free to adjust, re-upload, or do anything you want with this vault entry.

Well met.
More neat stuff. You have a high talent for this. More. These beg, fall, run, and stop spells are game serious. A great addition to gameplay. Your cantrips were in fun mode.
Perhaps a transparent background to the spell icons would look a tad better in the radial menu to this paladin's eyes.
Blessings.

Ah...but my skills are only moderate...lol...I use my computer paint or download off the internet pics to use. I am no professional when it comes to details...feel free to adjust the icons to what you like :)
Knockdown or fear, without a save throw, sounds quite powerful for a cantrip?
For only 2 rounds. And if you read the actual PnP spell...it was to be only one round and yes no save. Also, this is no cantrip it is a 1st level Cleric spell and 3rd level Paladin spell. :)
This is the PnP spell description
Command Level: 1
Components: V
Range: 30 yds.
Component: V
AoE: 1 creature
Save: None
Casting Time : 1 Duration: 1 rd.
This spell enables the priest to command another creature with a single word. The command must be uttered in a language understood by the creature. The subject will obey to the best of his/its ability only as long as the command is absolutely clear and unequivocal; thus, a command of "Suicide!" is ignored. A command to "Die!" causes the creature to fall in a faint or cataleptic state for one round, but thereafter the creature revives and is alive and well. Typical commands are back, halt, flee, run, stop, fall, go, leave, surrender, sleep, rest, etc. No command affects a creature for more than one round; undead are not affected at all. Creatures with Intelligence of 13 (high) or more, or those with 6 or more Hit Dice (or experience levels) are entitled to a saving throw vs. spell, adjusted for Wisdom. (Creatures with 13 or higher Intelligence and 6 Hit Dice/levels get only one saving throw!)
Thanks
