This is another spell I created based on a spell I found on the vault somewhere. It did not work so I "fixed" it. I used the Chain Lightning Spell as my base to create this spell. It functions in the same way as the named spell it was modelled after except it is negative energy damage and the vfx effect is the black beam. I hope you all enjoy it. Thanks to Mmat again for helping me with this spell (scripting in that undead are healed when this spell is cast at them).
Included in the download are the following:
A demo module titled: Chain Neg Spell.mod
.erf = called "chainnegativity.erf" it will create the spell scroll in your module under misc. scrolls titled: "Chain Negativity"
iprp_spells.2da (make sure you use your own lines on your version if the number doesn't work & .tlk table lines)
is_chainofneg.tga is the spell icon used for both the spells.2da and iprp_spells.2da
neg_chain.hak (needed for the demo mod or if you just want to add all this as a hak to your module)
Neg_Chain_Ligh.tlk (copy the lines to your own module if they do not match your tlk lines)
spells.2da (again make sure the line does not conflict with your own)
prc_alterations.nss & tom_chainneg.nss (both spells you need in order for this to work - included in the hak)
Please feel free to modify or re-upload a better version. I don't need credit. I just want to repay the community for all your help. :) I wish there was a vfx effect of black chain lightning...but these effects are ok enough.
"You see the Necromancer standing behind the group of various undead he summoned that have been severely damaged fighting your party. He raises his hands and casts a spell...a chain of black electricity bounces between his undead healing them and continues past them to bounce between your party. The last things you see laying on the ground is your party around you dead and the Necromancers undead fully healed moving towards you".

Description: A bolt of Negative Energy arcs through the caster's enemies for 1d6 points of negative damage per caster level, up to a max of 20d6 points of damage to the initial target and half that amount to all other targets. Undead are healed by the same amount.

Well met.
More good work. Necromancers are hard to beat at the best of times. So to have a strong spell to lob back is a great idea. And great visuals to look at while you are surviving do not go astray either.
