Dryad Lode Ring QA:
Playtested with NWN:EE. LVL1 Rogue - had no difficulty problems other than plot enemies, or obviously overpowered ones like elder/ancient elementals. Ended with lvl 7, about 2000 XP till 8th - might have reached that if the henchmen got killed earlier.
1) Requires massive proofreading, preferably by English native speaker. Some sentences do not make sense;
2) There are several areas that are quite laggy. I think it is related to one-liners spoken by NPCs. So far I have found it occurs in: The Pretty Cardinal, Lightfoot Thicket, Hidtread Bog (when NPCs arrive), Residence.
3) Some map pins are missing here and there;
4) Invisible walls do not always work, you can get past them and coming back into "correct area" is what's hard. It is better to use placeables like low level ferns in outside areas for this effect, I think;
5) Blue Cube monster is actually green (several instances, VFX does not fire up?);
6) NPCs without portraits: Sisters of Waukeen, Mysterious Dwarf;
7) There are Neverwinter maps in sotres: Nash (Elversault), Bardo (Thicket);
8) Toolmaster's door in Elversault leads wrongly to Tooled Chamber with high level mobs;
9) Mysterious Dwarf won't tell me his name. Rude. :p;
10) Eternal Lamp was supposed to kill ghost, but it attacks me instead. It is immortal (plot). Breaks the quest;
11) Half-elf hench does not level up. At level 2 druid she is quite weak and dies all the time. I finally let her die to a hobgoblin. Was I supposed to escort her somewhere? The other one is a little bit better at level 7. Would be nice to have normal access to their inventory if possible, not via conversation;
12) In The Plunge area there is a barrel you are not supposed to reach I think. Reached it anyway due to blockade's imperfection;
13) Backdoor of the inn in Ilipur leads to a wrong area;
14) Smugglers' boss is immortal (plot);
15) There is no key for the side door in Smugglers base;
16) You can't enter the lighthouse in Ilipur;
17) Floating logs placeables in Dragon Coast Path;
18) 1 door in thicket is empty;
19) Can't go into Ministry's basement;
20) Was skeleton mage in Library supposed to summon anything after the cutscene? Or was it for animating chairs and tables?
21) Both stairs in both Library areas(levels?) connected to each other go down;
22) Thicket cutscene causes NPCs to fight each other (Belle attacks main baddy) as well as my lizard hench charges at the other plot-immortal one;
23) Merchants go mute after that cutscene;
24) In Decaying Cellar trapdoor won't spawn if it is the henchman (or probably a summoned creature) that deals the last blow to the empty Cask;
25) Why am I giving Murgal the statuette? He did not ask for it. Seems like a waste of good loot;
26) I don't think there is a way to heal level drain in the game and wraiths do that a lot in palering (stone burrow). You can buy rings/amulets but at that point in game you can't get them as you are cut off from shops;
27) Written in the runes quest is buggy. Dropping runes outside does not count, only if you drop them inside the invisible triggers (had to delve into the scripts for this). If I understand correctly it only searches for the nearest object to the trigger, which could be placeable?
28) The item strip that makes you buy back 1 random item is annoying as hell. The quest also does not make sense plot-wise. Why would you be put in prison for delivering a letter and then let go for no reason;
29) The ring of fireworks is out of charge making it useless mod-wise. To recharge items you need another item, not present in this module;
30) Can't leave the residence (no way out, no transition) nor does the convict speak again when you reach the cells;
31) No bags of holding in the entire module;
32) Where is the beholder's treasure advertised by the Wizard in the fishing hut?
33) Above wizard does not acknowledge the delivery of the letter to the lizardman;
34) The wall is not visible at first in the swamp and then it appears only for few seconds in the swamp cutscene;
35) Rhombus phantom remains friendly after all other turn hostile;
36) The module ends abruptly with no character export;
37) Who killed Sister of Waukeen and what for - remains a secret;
38) Scouts in the abbey get stuck before the manticore area;
39) Not enough pig bolts to buy more than 1 item out of 6 (I think);
