Update: "umberhulkv2" adds a hak for both the gold and the blue hulk, and fixes the bounding box bigness in toolset. It uses a 2da merge not an override.
This is a conversion of NWN2's umberhulk to NWNEE.
The model has full NWN2 animations; upscaled texture and redone PBR texture maps.
This is included as an override. I have also included source files if you wish to look.
Special for v.35 (preview):
- since NWN2 has multiple death animations, so can you! I've included them and they will enable with the following scriptlet if you put it in the death script of the creature. You probably want to optimze the if then statements, I put it here simply for you to test and play. One of three death animations will play randomly.

UPDATE 1: Tjured and ShadowM made a diffuse texture that matches the original!
UPDATE 2: Tjured provided the diffuse texture recolor source file split into 2. You need 7z to unpack it and Krita to open it (both free). It was tidied it up to be 15 MB uncompressed. A gradient filter was used to color it, so you can easily change it. (edited)

I don't think so because 1.69 can't support more than 16 bones per mesh.
How many bones can NWN: EE an support?

On the alternate texture, may also want to whip up a texture for the eyes to get them all a glowy. I've whipped up my own version for it and it makes 'em dang swank

Really nice work! Once thing I've noticed is that the selection box for the Umber Hulk is rather large behind and to the right of it (which I think you can see in the toolset for it, too). So for PCs that might shapechange into it, it makes it difficult for them to click at a point behind themselves to turn around or to the right. Is there any way to reduce how large the "box" is around the creature model?

Maybe you can write up a tutorial on how you managed to get the NWN2-animations into the NWN1-mdl and how you adjusted the lengths (monitored your progress on Discord).
