dafena's fancy mapped tilesets - part 2

This is not my work.  I'm posting it, with permission, to share it more widely for the benefit of others.

I recently asked Dafena if anyone had asked him to fancy map any more tilesets.  He said no one had, so I shared some suggestions and references to things I use, and he very kindly obliged me with more fancy maps and permission to share.

Notes from dafena:  "I didn't change the haks names or anything 'cause they are meant to replace the others. I DDS'd everything, compiled and fancymapped"
