This is some work I did a year or two ago and finally posted it now....
This attached hak and tlk is a consolidated and fixed up list of voice sets from NPC NWN voices and NWN2 that I got from the vault. If I recall you could get them separately, but not together...
In total adds 25 more voice sets.
Things I did in the process:
1 - Only used full voice sets from NWN/NWN2
2 - Removed any setting-specific voicesets - these should all work in any setting - this is so no there are no references to mystra or whatever in a Dark Sun game, etc. Gave generic naming labels that conforms with NWN style voice set titles.
3 - Went through and tediously fixed a number of errors I found when consolidating; mostly missing speakstrings (English) as well as there were some entries that were off in the TLK resulting in speakstrings that didnt match the audio.
4 - Did some audacity work to normalize levels a bit, but I can't recall if I ever finished. Possibly needs more work here.
The attached zip includes the TLK and the Zip file of sounds and related files. If you already have a TLK, you may be in for some effort to conform my tlk entries with yours....sorry! Mine are padded far down in the middle as I extracted them from my own other TLK entries. If you need to renumber, I recommend the nim tools which convert ssf files to csv and you should be able to renumber without too much pain in your favorite spreadsheet program.
The picture above shows the updated list of voice sets.
Enjoy

Cool stuff! Can always use more voice sets. Is the tlk file CEP compatible?
Er...well...I had all these already. Either these are the exact same voicesets from NWN used in NWN2 or the NWN2 used the same naming conventions as NWN1/EE. Not a single one of these voicesets was new...at least for me.
Are you sure these are not the same voicesets of NWN:EE being used in NWN2? If not....you will have to rename all of them....bummer.
Right, as the title says, they are nwn2 voice sets, but I had to consolidate a pack and the ones I pulled had bad tlks which were fixed. I don't think this is any surprise if you read the description....
@Imtherealthing, Yes, if my math is correct, it looks like the new voice sets are intermingled with the standard NWN voicesets, so take, say, Male, Brash Persistant, is not a NWN2 version, but just the original, shown in context with the new ones.
Thanks for taking the time to do this and posting it txpple! I love voicesets.
how to use these??
This is a builder resource - see chapter on Voicesets in the Custom Content Guide.
