Thanks for the video, very cool. Finally I can feel myself like a true wizard.
This is a much-needed addition.
However, I don't want to be that guy... but what you basically created is the spell "Dimension Door" which is an official spell that exists and lets you do exactly that: teleport to any point you can see within the same plane of existence... and is a 4th level spell.

So you may want to rebalance your spell, otherwise having it as a 2nd level spell seems a bit too OP when you're epic level and don't need to use low-level spells that often.
Looks great! I take it there is no equivalent spell for NWN:EE ?
Ok, just checked and apparently the answer is no . . . Oh well.
Make it a level 4 wizard/sorcerer spell, call it Dimension Door. It might make this worth downloading. Maybe.
The main problem here is that this is too homebrew.
When making homebrew stuff, ie. new content that is not in any DnD source book or at least different DnD version or Pathfinder, you should at least make sure that what you are doing doesn't exists already. If it does, which is your case, and you just put it on different spell level or you gave it different values then majority of the NWN folks will not like your creation.
Even when it is something that doesn't exists, you should keep it balanced. Of course you can make anything you want, but if you create an aoe spell that does 1k dmg divine and make it to be a lvl 1 spell for sorc/wiz then you won't get a lot of praise for it here.
