Smorpheus' Toolset Visual Index DELUXE (LB FIXED)

I found that some of the page links were broken in the tool, and so left a message for Smorpheus that I would supply a link to a fixed version. This is it.

Basically, some comments in the HTML pages were incorrect. They were missing two dashes "--" before the final ">", which stopped the page from running fully. My contribution simply adds the missing dashes back so that the pages display properly.

NB: If any pages still do not show correctly, then find the offending HTML page and search for the offending comment with the missing dashes and add them back in.

I hope this is helpful for people. (If Smorpheus updates his page with a fixed version, this page can be removed.)
