MANY hot bar slots

I ran over Razio´s 23 hot bar slots, so i deceided to make a hot bar containing 40 slots at once. A realy LONG one ;-)
And here we are !! I also included Kasdar´s player menu removal.
Please note, that this modification has been made for screen resolutions of 1680x1050 and above.
