I grew tired or squinting at the tiny portraits in the non-cinematic dialog. Almost everyone looked pretty much the same. So I poked around in the UI .xml files and created something that I like much better.

With this mod the portrait is much larger, (140 x 128 px vs 40x40 px) but there is less empty space at the top and sides, so the actual dialog window is only slightly taller.

I *expect* this will work with any version and the MotB expansion. It won’t work with SoZ because of the additional dialog features.
