Henchmen Game Crash Fix (LB)

Fixes the game crash bug when a player tries to leave a NWN2 game when they have henchmen in the party.
NB: Be sure to read the readme.txt file that is included in the download, as it explains an important point about ensuring you have set the maximum number of henchmen.
