Scourge of the Slavelords / Against the Giants Merge patch

This is a merge patch that combines two outstanding modules by bealzebub: Scourge of the slavelords and Against the Giants. I did this primarily to allow the same companions from Scourge of the Slavelords to be used in Against the Giants. Additionally, many bugs have been fixed.
You must have both Scourge of the Slavelords and Against the Giants fully installed. See the links below to download these modules.
Before installing this merge patch, DELETE the following files/folder from your NWN2 player directory:
Neverwinter Nights 2\Campaigns\scourge_of_the_slavelords (delete this entire folder)
Neverwinter Nights 2\Campaigns\Against the Giants (delete this entire folder)
Neverwinter Nights 2\modules\a1- slavepits.mod
Neverwinter Nights 2\modules\a2- slavers stockade.mod
Neverwinter Nights 2\modules\a3- aerie.mod
Neverwinter Nights 2\modules\a4- dungeons.mod
Neverwinter Nights 2\modules\g1_hillgiant.mod
Extract this merge patch into your <MyDocs\Neverwinter Nights 2> folder.
Start a new game using the "Scourge of the Slavelords & Against the Giants" campaign.

Some screenshots would be nice to get an impression of the campaign.

This should be linked on the module pages - almost impossible to find as it is, unfortunately.
