Builder resource: Adds a wide variety of textures for external and interior use.
Allows interior textures from my Tileset Project (http://neverwintervault.org/project/nwn2/hakpak/combined/kamals-tileset-...) to be used for exterior texturing. Also adds a wide variety of new textures for both exterior and tile use. Install instructions included. If using this with the tileset project, you will need to merge the 2das.
September 24, 2017: included my modern textures pack, converted files to dds to save space, new normal maps, copies of the original files for reference, and a demo module.

typos - from typing at sunset in dim lighting ;P
