Dialog Cyphres PRC 0.75+Companions 0.72.2+Kaedrins 1.42.1
Hello!
This is the first (I think?) I ever upload and contribute. 
Ive simply combined the work of others Kaedrins, Cyphres. (Meaning deserve credit / take credit for everything but the merge).
This is my 2nd attempt to merge these mods and as far as i can tell it worked brilliantly personly i think its weird that Cyphre's companion+prc doesnt work together you either had to choose from companions or classes this however ive just solved!!! Enjoy!!!!
Place Dialog.tlk in C:\Users\*username*\Documents\Neverwinter Nights 2 and replace or in the installfolder either should work.

Iam not certain but i believe that you need SOZ+MOTB iam not sure tho I myself have SOZ+MOTB+MOW eitherway just remember to make a backup of Dialog.tlk before you try.

Could Kaedrin's PRC v1.41.4 be used instead? It still includes all of the development source files.
Im sorry for a terribly late response but... Hmm... I suppose you could but you would have to download cyphres dialog and then merge it with the prc you prefer.
I can check in on it in a while im currently playing Elite Dangerous / Dota 2 / Dragon age (replay) but after i finnish my DA campaign i can look into it :).
