Meaglyn's z-dialiog update

This is an updated package of the z-dialog system originally by pspeed (and found here).

Currently this is just the base system with no documentation. I plan to correct that given time. It also would benefit from a few sample conversations.

The updates include the changes to reduce the number of TAW scripts required (I think this came from funkyswerve @ higher ground  but I don't recall).  A few bugs were fixed as well including one that broke the automatic multipage system.
