This quick erf-file fixes the bug with Valen's romance not going past stage 5 in Hordes of the Underdark (Chapter 3).
Simply import this erf-file into BioWare's module for HotU chapter 3 (instructions on how to do this included with the file).
After this you can replay Chapter 3 and also get the last bit of the romance dialog. ^_^
