Exploit fix for Imbue Arrow, now arcane archer never cast fireball with 1 level arcane .
Wiz/sorcerer :
LVL 1-4 ray of enfeeblement (1d6 +1d6/2 lvl),
LVL 5-16 fireball (1d6/lvl),
LVL 17+ timeStop.
Dmg by Caster Level fixed to 10d6.
Fixed dmg error for Sorcerer.
Bard:
LVL 2-3 Cure Light (1d8+1/lvl),
LVL 4-6 Cure Moderate (2d8+1/lvl),
LVL 7+ Cure Critical (3d8+1/lvl) .
