| This is not a crafting system. These 131 items merely allow a pc to enchant a weapon or piece of armor/clothing with a temp. on hit effect. Theses items cast the spell at the level of the user. No caster levels are needed. The enchantments last 30 seconds per level. The spell cast is designated by the last 2-3 numbers in the items tag. By striping these out and converting them to integers, the spell effects are applied. | |
