Requirements: Nwnv1.69, SoU, and HoTU plus CEPv2.65
Note: This prefab makes use of the "CEP - Starter 265 - All the Optional Haks" option.
This prefab also requires the cep2_staticp_v24 hak pak (for the Demo Module),

(Not required for the .erf file, but highly recommended for best in-game experience.)
A beautiful, otherworldly city located in the heavenly regions of the outermost planes... the
Celestial City is populated by angels and filled with magnificent gardens, lofty dwellings and
ornate temples and shrines. The architecture is a harmonious blend of countless styles, and has
a decidedly alien majesty to it. Within this city you will find countless sacred and mystical
things... golden apples of immortality, a temple containing sacred artifacts that may or may
not contain amongst them the Ark of the Covenant, the Chalice that symbolizes the Holy Grail,
and a large emerald crystal that could well be the legendary Emerald Grail of arcane lore. In
your module or game world, they could be used for other powerful objects... and there are many
other amazing sights to behold in this place that will make quite memorable any adventures one
might choose to set in such a domain. This prefab comes complete with very custom angelic npcs
who have random one-liner conversations ready to go and all their necessary scripts already in
place. Feel free to change their conversation options to suit your setting of choice... this is
a highly customizable area that has a lot to offer players, builders and module creators alike.
It could even be linked to my Heavenly Court prefab to create a more extensive heavenly realm.
There are as many possibilties as there are clouds in the sky... or in this case, the heavens!
Comes with a demo module and .erf file for easy importing into your world.
