The best plugin ever created for nwn, this is great!
At some point in some unforeseeable future I have to play around with this.
I have so many ideas and thing I'd like to build. Especially armors and ELF HEADS!!
There is a dire lack of elven heads in this game.
Really cool plugin and the heart and core of NWNs custom content!
It's so freaking easy to skinmesh with Blender and this tools makes it easier...!

Great, that you you support the jump to Blender 2.8! 2.8 looks very promising! Thanks you!
Hopfully all those "older" tutorials will still be usable...
The main difference is that in 2.8 one has to use Shader Nodes to define Materials. If it's only a single diffuse texture like in 1.69 then that can be done easily in the properties (side) panel - although the settings themself will be different. Once normal and specular texture are required however one has to resort to the node editor. When using mutliple texture maps it's actually easier to set up than clicking through what felt like 100s of options in 2.7
I'll provide some documentation in the future. Until then the EE Aribeth model could be imported to see diffuse, normal and specular map setup.

I'm VERY grateful that you've updated to 2.8.
However, without proper documentation, I have no idea how to even get started with it!Nevermind, I figured out how to get started. For those not in the know, you have to not be an idiot like me and remember to re-start Blender. From there, you will have the option to import .mdl files. My point still stands that the UI changes mean things will be a bit trickier in some respects, however.Reliable tool - thank you for the 2.8 update and fixes!

Hey, not sure if I've installed the addon incorrectly or not, but none of the MDL files I've extracted from the game will show up when I try to import them in. I'm using Blender 2.83 and the latest version of the addon.
