Patch for AriasFloorsDDS

The contents of this package are simply for the purpose of bringing somebody else's package up to date and consists of a replacement placeables.2da file and a new .erf file. All the 2da file does is to update the hak to hotu 1.69 and the .erf file simplifies access to the contents of the hak. Having discovered that the original author of this work (AriasFloorsDDs vault page at Link) had not logged onto the vault in the last 5 years I have assumed that she has moved on from nwn. So in order to make what looked potentially a very interesting package usable I created this package.
