Magic Rating System from Unearthed Arcana

SMALL UPDATE 7/22/2015: Noticed a bug with the Community Patch version which excluded Shou Disciple and Eye of Gruumsh.  Fixed the 2das to make those work.

SMALL UPDATE 1/10/2016: Tweaked the variant rules (no arcane and divine stacking.)

UPDATE TO 1.02 2/13/2017: Added support for newer Community Patch updates and for Prestige Spellbook Pack.

UPDATE TO 1.03 1/23/2020: Updated the mr_bumpkin version to be compatible with the Prestige Spellbook Pack Enhanced Edition.

UPDATE TO 1.04 5/26/2023: Updated the script to allow for more than three total classes in light of the improvement in NWN:EE 8193.35!

This is an implementation of the Magic Rating rules found in Unearthed Arcana.  This system is intended to make multiclassing with spellcasters behave a bit more like multiclassing with armed combat classes.  In turn, it opens up a lot of build options for people who like to dabble -- without overpowering.
