English and Italian "dialog.tlk", plus the italian manual of Neverwinter Nights pdf version.
Il "dialog.tlk" in italiano e inglese per convertire la propria versione di Neverwinter Nights da una lingua all'altra e magari installare qualche patch. È presente anche il manuale in italiano del gioco in formato pdf.

Question: Is there ANY way that this Italian version of this PDF can be converted to English?

This's the italian translation of the original english manual of Neverwinter Nights. I think you can find a pdf english version in the GOG distribution of the game
here: https://www.gog.com/game/neverwinter_nights_diamond_edition
I uploaded the italian version because it's quite hard to find.
