A sad, but complete story.
This one is definitely one the most overlooked NWN1 modules. I'm really puzzled: how is it possible that it never made it - to NWN Hall of Fame. Even now it shines brightly, and in 2002/2003 (before SoU & HotU) if only the module got enough recognition, it could easily outshine many contemporary high-rated modules.
Very well and nicely done, though some fights were really challenging (near impossible) for my level 10 barbarian (12th level at the end)
I found only few minor bugs - no showstoppers. A hidden gem for sure!
For such an old module it is quite good. Old vault vote and comment of mine are:
"2 final areas are just too big, cutscenes are not so well placed - portage inn and toll one, in one cutscene I was attacked by some "moron";), no new stuff, although areas looks nice, elves had some issues... oh and I think there was too much monsters in my triggers(I started on 11th lvl) - the entire game lagged! It was fun nevertheless so I vote 7.00."
Start lower than 11th is my advise :-) but as sawartk suggests otherwise - you will have to decide for your own.
It was fun and all seemed to work okay. Sometimes it was a bit hard to figure out how to proceed and no map pins, although the areas were small, thankfully! Well done.
