The Garrote Assassins have hired you to carry out tasks for their clients. This 55 level Dungeon Crawl is a high level hack n slash module. It contains over 150 custom monsters and a Planar Warping sytem. Non Linear Quests-Choose which of the 5 dungeons you want to work on.The concept was taken from the DnD third edition Epic Level Handbook where this group of assassins Travel the planes completing their contracts. It is designed for experienced players since the difficulty is extreme-- Recommended for parties-single is highly difficult. |

If you don't want to play the mod, there are shops with items that make it worth it.
in that 4th mission with the cult killing medusas you were hired to go after, i found a nonresponsive chest under one of those weird bird statue things i believe the section was called serpents lair. anyway, its really close to a door that i believe it possibly holds the key for but anyway even destroying this locked chest won't allow you to pick up spilled loot. if you can fix this it would be cool would love to be able to finish this module eventually. it literally won't allow lockpicking also. hopefully you can figure out where of which i am speaking.
Played in 2-PCs team with NWN:EE.
There are respawning repetitive encounters literally disallowing you from resting. The respawn time is about 1 minute. The encounters were difficult for 15th level characters as per module suggested level. Though our party was on smallish side again.
The portal system stops you from coming back to the main hub. Maybe it would let you after you finish dungeon, but never got that far. There is lots of backtracking.
For those reasons we have dropped it on the first mission.
Might get back to it if I ever found a way to quickly make all the encounters single-time only.
