Explore the town, hire a henchman (or not), find a couple of side quests, and discover the main quest, which involves stopping an escalating threat. Recommended for starting PCs, although PCs above Lv1 can play, since encounters are scaled. However, the general feel is not suited for high level PCs, although 2nd or 3rd level will probably work without pushing the limits of believability. Note: if higher level PCs are used, and henchmen are leveled up, they will change back to the original template (i.e., Daelan etc.), since I did not make more than one level of henchman. This is my first module, started months ago, and is scripting-light. The module is a linear, generic starter adventure without any outlandish scenarios (your Lv 1 PC will not be talking to dragons or saving Faerun). Potentially derivative and unoriginal, but hopefully a well-crafted and bug-free fun romp to Level 4, with at least one possible plot twist. |

Excellent Dark Module!
Okay and all seemed to work. The henchperson interface was the old one, and pretty poor. There was little gear to be found and the quest did not get finished (in this chapter of the module at least!). the Mayor was no where to be found at the end. A fairly entertaining mod.
Good module, mediocre at first but evolved with the story/lore really well. Some scripts might need some re-work, the NPC dialogs reset after you talk to them. Overall it was a pleasant experience, and the scenario itself was pretty good.
