Description | |
Lord Marcenshire from Citadel 424 has summoned all would be heroes of the land to deal with the many problems which have befallen the realms. After many decades of relative peace and tranquility the kingdom of Dortimor has once again been brought into dark times. There are now organized forces of evil and chaos scattered across the kingdom bringing disorder where ever they go. They seem to be on a path to destroy the kingdom and the peace amongst the many citadels of the realms. The local forces have been bogged down in dealing with threats to their immediate surroundings and protecting the citadels while evil and chaos continues to spread throughout the countryside. One such threat is centered upon economic resources. The Strafos mines north of Citadel 424 have come under attack. An insidious force has killed many miners and forced the remaining miners and a few would be adventurers to hold a sort of “rag-tag” base camp a few kilometers from the Citadel at the base of the mountain path leading to the mine entrance. These forces of chaos seem to be plundering the gold and other resources of the mine. This isn’t the only problem. The miners also believe the invaders have more devious plans. You are being sent to find the mine and deal with this threat. Locate the base camp in the mountain forest to learn more about this dangerous mission. |

This module is serious business about it's level restriction. The first area contains a Dungeon Master NPC, who will not allow you into the module unless your PC is Lv 1-3 with an appropriate net worth in terms of equipment (and most likely gold as well.)
Yes it is. Even bags of holding stop the module at the start. None of my characters would work with this one. After I tried dropping unnecessities and checked a lot of PCs I had I decided to check it in toolset.
When I saw how short the module is for such a fuss.. I dropped it.
Voted 4, based on first area and rest checkced in toolset.
Thanks for your reviews.
Not great. Very limited engagements and no real story. And I found one henchperson just by accident, and finished one quest that way also. Simple and not effective.
