Many stories are born throughout the ages. Some, lost over the years, others remembered by many generations. About tales of dragons and magic, wondrous events and beings of great power. Of adventures young and old, rainy nights, and vicious creatures. Some based on great events, others, only embellished tall tales. This story is about a young man who possessed great power, but could not control it. Little is known about the tale's end and the man's considerable future, however much is known about the beginning. The man receives an old worn letter, the handwriting troubled and distressful. It is signed by his almost forgotten grandfather, who wishes the man to his house with all urgency. The man follows his old and worrisome grandfather's advice and sets off on the long road to the City of Argile, it begins a bit like this... Please post comment after finishing! Hak is separate download. So is the movie. |

2003-04-14 | George 'Faraii' Llorens | 7 | Good storyline with suspense, multiple paths to main quest, great use of large hack. | Some zones are rough around the edges graphically, a few bugs and spelling errors, might not run very well on machines that barely meet HOTU minimum requirements. |

Module was only average because the series wasn't completed.
A nice piece with a story and all seemed to work. Some interesting merchants in the Market Area of the town, not in the first section. It does end rather abruptly but you just get to explore more of the areas that way! Good job, just would have been nice to continue...
