Description | |
You have been wandering the plains of Halbasad, on your way to the capital of Thorkreshi. Though the land here is known to be plagued by goblins you have been unmolested thus far. Still, the night wind has a strange scent on it, and your dreams have been disturbing. You approach the small town of Featherton, and the Featherton Inn; a resting place frequented by most who travel through this area. Perhaps a warm bed will make your sleep more restful. |

I', sorry but this doesn't work well. Here's what happened when I tried out the module:
I start on a tiny map with a road leading trough it and an out-of-place wall with an equally out of place cow placed behind it.
I get ambushed by 4-5 goblins and barely defeat them with my 2nd levl character using the cow as bait .
I try to rest and surprisingly I can.
As I am about to leave the tiny map, another 4-5 goblins spawn but I decide to just keep moving.
The border transition leds me to a village with NPCs standing around without moving.
As I run along the path through the village in search of a POI, I realize that the goblins have followed me.
The goblins kill each and every man, woman and child in the village (including a named character).
At which point I gave up on the module.
Which is most unfortunate, since the module description sounded quite promising.
