No map pins made it tedious to wander around in areas with exits in all directions.
A number of quests besides the Final 4! I found that the second quest that I got from Captain Erica in the Temple did not finish in conversation, but was shown as completed in my Journal! And the final Air Realm Transition did not work, so that was the end of this adventure for me. I did the other three with no problems, just huge HnS and respawn that was a bit overboard. High level Elementals and other monsters would appear just as you killed the original ones, making it hard to move ahead, literally! Some nice gear and you do level up quickly. First Quest is to the north.
