The Southern Alliance plans to use the immortal girl as an ultimate assassin.
Ordered to hide her identity even from her townspeople, forbidden to contact anyone she used to know, the girl is sent to a military outpost, soon to go into battle. While some of the soldiers fear for her wellbeing, treating her as a fragile child, others openly mock her skill in combat.
But the girl is not as alone as everyone believes - perhaps not even as alone as she would wish to be...

This is the second module in the Demonheart series. Playing the Prelude is required first.
You should import the character that finished the prelude into this module.
Hack&Slash: Medium. -- It's not enough for those who play for fights and not little enough for those who hate fights. Actually, if you're playing for the fights, go away - you'll totally miss the point of my efforts. In this module, you have a companion who is much stronger than you, so yes, your character can't do much, but I tried to make it so that your efforts matter. Also, I am a GIRL [*shouts irritatingly*], so don't expect damned tactics. (I know some women are good at it, but I prefer romances.) Use a crossbow or something. And a sling - bludgeoning damage for the pigs who don't take slashing damage.
Rogue types usually find it more difficult to deal with the enemies here, and maybe I've disturbed the usual game balance by putting in some difficult encounters, but I was trying to make it look more realistic. (If someone theatrically leaves you in a place full of enemies to die, it makes little sense for you to single handedly defeat everything, right?)
Roleplaying: Heavy. -- You can say different things and make some choices that will be saved for the next module. The way you interacted with the main characters (mostly companions) will also be saved. The story still needs to move in the direction needed to reach Chapter 2, so there is railroading. (You are free to make your own module: "Where the DH girl went after she smashed that b***ard's head in". I don't mind alternate stories, but my time is limited.) What I consider to be the most important choices in DH (all chapters) is how you pick your allies and what kind of relationship you have with them.
Tricks&Traps: Medium. -- In Chapter 1, there is a "difficult" mathematical riddle that my friends complained about, so I made it slightly easier. There are several other word/knowledge riddles and at least a few of them absolutely need to be answered. The answers are in the walkthrough. Also, I consider one fight to be a "trick", because you have a more effective way to defeat the enemy than attacking, but that's up to you.
