Is this for the enhanced edition? Or can I use it on Regular NWN? The title of this mod is more than a little misleading.
Yes it is for NWN 1. It needs no add-ons
D&D Improved and Enhanced is the name it works on NWN 1
Sir, you have to put the file in an archive. Clicking on the attached module will open it instead of downloading.
OK ty
hmm idk why it does that.
That is because browsers think that it is a music file, try to play it and having failed just dump the data to screen. To see about the .mod digital music format follow the link to the relavent wikipedia page.
That is why it is advisable to use a program such as 7Zip, PeaZip or WinRar to archive the file. Not only does it reduce the file size, it also means that people can just click on the archived file to download it instead of having to right click on it and select "save as" in order to actually download it.
TR
ok not gonna bother zipping it. left clicky right clicky
Your choice. However, unless it is a compressed file (7z,zip, etc), you won't be able to see how many downloads the file has had.
@ Billingham_59 when someone asks if its for enhanced edition or not they mean what version of neverwinter it works on. Some people still play on 1.69, so it's best to make sure thats also listed in your own comments or requirements =)
Enhaned Edition modules cannot work with 1.69 modules and so on, but since the module itself says it, i can already tell what version it is.
Well said, Wall3t. I am one of the people that still play that version.
Played with NWN:EE and module version 5
Some bugs/QA:
- formatting of journal and conversations is bad (there shouldn't be any ENTERs)
- floating placeable dirt near tree stump in 1st area
- NPCs are mute and lack portraits
- for 3rd level rogue encounters were rather hard, though some were relatively easy. There no good (magical) weapons. Many encounters are ambushes.. there shouldn't be any mephits in the city anyway. I think you would have it better with 6th level at least.
- empty map pins in city
- quests are broken, marla conversation ends abruptly, Rond Kelfman gives reward repeatedly(1000GOLD) for quest he had not yet requested, same with Salvana
- typos: "kobald" - everywhere, "labrynth" - title, or "!000" - Rond Kelfman, "intodisrepair" - Parle Cranewistle (whistle?)
- lower cases at sentence beginning in hench conversation
- hench is named "Bandit, priest"..
- factions are broken, neutral dogs starts defending wolves(enemy faction), orc guards in 1st area join the fun and the whole town gets hostile until you die.
This is just... not a good use of one's time.
