Stupid me. I uploaded the module with the Gold Key and the Chalice laying right in the gold castle courtyard. Sorry. It's fixed now. This module is an adaptation of the original 'Adventure' for the Atari 2600 console. For those of us who are (grphfm) years old and remember the original 'Adventure' the module might bring back some fond memories. You'll find, in this adaptation, all of the elements of the original game recreated as faithfully as possible, which, I'm happy to say, worked out pretty darn well! The bat is as infuriating as ever as he flies from area to area and steals items, including the dragons! The bridge allows you to cross otherwise uncrossable areas. The dragons are impervious to all but the magic sword. The magnet pulls items to you from across the way. It's all there, even the infamous easter egg! |

Having played this module...
I can honestly say that you will be doing a lot of running around and may want to bring along a haste item for the +50% movement rate bonus.
Lol awesome *Adds Screenies*
(feel free to remove any unwanted)
I'm going to add a few from the module itself tonight. :)
Okay, serious business review comments time....
In addition to my prior comment that you really should have some sort of haste item because you are going to be doing a lot of running around in large areas full of mostly nothing. There are random spawn encounters, but this module really is best played multiplayer with a group of friends (preferably ones old enough to remember the original game this is based on) where you're all competing to see who can bring the challace back to the gold castle first. The game even suggests this when you talk to one of the NPCs in the starting area.
UPDATE 14/12/2024: Ok, this is not one of my taste. So i vote 5 for the effort.
