The NWN vault has a lot of very interesting outfit parts scattered around.
I figured I could make complete outfits ( all parts, all races, all original content sizes) for everyone to use
This is the first Stonehammer's Outfit Set : "Vault Fancy 1"

Hak Feature Notes:
- Available for Male and Female: Half Orc, Human, Dwarf, Elf, Gnome, Halfling for both Large and Normal phenotype
- The hak contains parts-2DA files that expand to 255, so it should be safe to place this hak above other haks (such as CEP) and not lose most content
- All the parts are numbered 145 (ex. pmh0_neck145) and will technically overwrite any similarly named armor parts on an existing hak placed below this hak.
- If building from the toolset you can find all the outfit set parts except the chest* by selecting 145
* Torso/Chest pieces are arranged by Armor Class (AC) and not in chronological order.
You can edit the parts_chest.2da and set the #145 chest AC (0 up to 8- for full plate) it is currently set to (0-Cloth)
Overide
There are a lot of files for this one complete set so I prefer packaging it in a hak
It is possible to dump all the contents in the overide folder. But you should save your original overide parts_chest.2da (or all the parts2da if you have them) and edit only the #145 line.
Custom parts_chest.2das usually assign different values on the Armor Class (AC). Either way it will mess up the appearance of any of your custom armors since it will insert the new armor in between whatever AC you set and push the rest down. (its part of the default game, I wont mess with it even if I knew how - which I dont)

Thanks Stonehammer for being a completist and providing outfits for both phenos and all PC races. Just out of curiosity, have you tested them as riding phenos? I'll download and review later this week or next.

Did not get to test all the available races and phenos but seems to be working for all so far. (New picture above - I used a dwarf pc and some random npcs to check the scaling)
Let me know if there are any isues on your test.
The original Atton Rand jacket chest model has a faulty shadow. Did you fix that for your pack?

My apologies for taking almost a year to respond. I get distracted more easily in my medieval age and I fear for the impending elder age...
First: The large phenos don't fit properly in that the outfit rides too high -- shoulders up to their ears and hats are about ready to blow off. The width and depth scale look good but the height is a problem.
Second: Just a suggestion to use a separate slot for the hats. Perhaps the belt slot? In that way, hats can be doffed without removing the neck scarf. (The problem with the Lisa hats is that musketeers are no longer able to wear both cloaks & hats).
I love this 'musketeer' look!
