| This hak allows the value of an item to be reduced both for the purpose of ILR checks and merchant pricing. This will allow specific items to be created which can be used by a lower level character then normally possible with ILR enabled. This can lead to abuse in Local Vaults which use the property and care is advised under those conditions. In Server Vaults, it will allow designers and DMs to have the flexibility to leave ILR in place while still creating items for special purposes (such as subrace items or other items) which bypass ILR. It works by creating a new item property which has a negative value but no other effect on the item.
