For too long we've been asking for psionics to appear in Neverwinter. Now they have! The power of the mind is unleashed! Included is the new psionicist prestige class and all required content. It is based on the 2nd and 3rd edition books, but modified to make it useable in NWN. It contains over 70 powers plus over 60 more psionicist specific feats. It is CEP compatible, but does not require it. If you're going to use in a custom hak pack, there's a readme that details the changes made.
It has been tested fairly extensively. But, If you find any glaring bugs or exploits with it please post them here so I can get them fixed ASAP. Constructive criticism always welcome.

UPDATE: v.4.11-Updated tlk entries for CEP 2. The cep+prc+psion.tlk file is no longer included as it was outdated anyway. You may need to update your module to point to the new tlk file if you're using CEP 2 with psionics.

-Changed the way concentration helps with power check rolls.
-Expertise now gives a +10% bonus to effects as well as its 10% cost reduction.
-Summon Planar Energy: Positive no longer destroys undead, but instead does double damage to them.
-Project Force and Megakinesis now interact with traps in a more intuitive manner.
-Disintegrate now can do damage, and treasure drops shouldn't be happening very often (nobody's perfect).
-Mass Dominate no longer stacks.
-Cannibalize now gives 16 PSP instead of 8.
-Contact now gives a mind save penalty.
-Suppress Fear now lasts longer.
-Many non-combat powers (i.e. buffs) have had their power scores improved 1-2 points.
-Dimension Door is now based off of wisdom rather than con.
-Animate Shadow and Psychic surgery have had their costs lowered by 5.
-Psychic Blade has had its cost increased by 10.
-Level-based bonuses to DC are capped at 15 (30th level) to bring them in line with other classes.
-Fixed some typos.

An excellent little hakpak that adds a much needed new aspect to the game, i've found making hybrid psionic builds to be especially fun, my favorite one so far is, naturally, a psionic monk, it just fits with the lore of the universe really well what with monks being adepts (or so i assume) at psionics and ki and such.
On that note, the rather open selection of psionic feats makes it easy to create an all-around psionic with just the right feat for the right occasion rather than having to specialize, wich suits me just fine.
As in related to bugs, the only thing i've really found is that AoE abilities like mass telekinesis and such can affect your allies even in a difficulty setting where normally they would be protected from friendly damage, this bug also extends to npcs that normally cannot be target *period*, like the reaper in HOTU (though he's immune to everything, amusingly enough), the real problem is when you accidentally hit civilian or henchmen on stand-by mode in normal, wich can be a real pain sometimes.
All in all, an excellent hakpak that adds a comprehensive selection of psionic feats and a whole new system for playing a psionic class.
dunno if anyone still uses this or cares but i created a merge hak with Community Patch Project to enable Eye of Gruumsh and Shou Disciple as well as Psionicist.
Really? That sounds cool, where it can be found?
It can't be found anywhere :) I just edited the classes.2da to add Psionics into the mix. But you still need to add the hack manually to each module.
